Knock Knock …….
What’s this, a role call or something?
Can’t I just eat with a little peace and quiet?
After all it’s Saturday
and I had a long week at the office.
Do you think they will miss us at the feeder this morning?
I say,”What the world needs now is Love Sweet Love”.
Now wouldn’t that just knock your talons off!!!
If everyone loved,everyone.

The True Meaning Of Love
4Love is patient and kind.
Love is not jealous or boastful or proud 5or rude.
It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable,
and it keeps no record of being wronged.
6It does not rejoice about injustice
but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.
7Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful
and endures through every circumstance. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
The Inspired Word Of God
God has a very high standard of Love.
He Himself demonstrated True Love on the cross
where Jesus gave His Life,
that we could live by being born again, Spiritually.
There is no one in all the earth or universe
that can claim such Love, as God, our Creator.
We know what real love is because
Jesus gave up his life for us.
So we also ought to give up our lives
for our brothers and sisters.
1John 3:16
So now I am giving you a new commandment:
Love each other. Just as I have loved you,
you should love each other. John 13:34
………………………………………………………………………………………………
As I read these verses, I see how
I have come short of God’s Standard.
but I know He loves me, and because of His Grace I am saved
and I pray that His Love will shine through me,
and my love will shine through to others.
He is the source of Love in it’s purest form.
Thank you one and all, who have taken the time to read my blog,
and for those who leave your heart prints by leaving a comment.
May you have a wonderful day and God be with you.
Also, my mom is doing well after her surgery.
and I spend as much time with her as I can.
Baby Hope is doing amazingly well,
and is growing stronger every day.
She now ways approx. 6lbs.
Thank you all who have prayed for my mom and Hope,
and my family, and for me also.
Prayer is such an act of Love, and as one friend said,
Prayers are treasures sent to Heaven.
God sees them all when we come to Him with a sincere heart,
and humbly before Him.
Please remember Carole, our dear sister,
who fell and broke her wrist, and injured her knees.
She has prayed for so many of us, in our time of need.
I realize this post is long,
but I guess you could say I am making up for lost time,
as my life is full, and very busy most of the time.
I hope to come and visit you all real soon.
Love and Care
Dianne :)
Back to the birdfeeder, oh my, what a delightful set of birds. I am a bird feeder too. Your photographs are wonderfully easy on the eye, all the clairity and definition. Super post.
ReplyDeleteHow is your new little granddaughter doing? She looks pretty precious...
God's standard is certainly unbeatable and when the comes to love that certainly no exception with Him! Terrific photos my friend, we have no bird feeder though we used to and a bird bath to match. I really miss that. It's been stormy during these last few days so that's been the subject of my photos lately. Bless you, have a great day!
ReplyDeleteWonderful as always, Dianne. We just returned home yesterday and Frankie had me out filling the feeders almost before I got the truck unloaded!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots of your feeder cafe' :)
ReplyDeleteCafe! You have such a great sense of humor@ What kind of birds are those? hugs, g
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos!!
ReplyDeleteThank you all so very much for taking the time to come to my blog, and leave your comments.
ReplyDeleteJane, this is not my bird feeder. I have a client who has invited me to come take pictures of her birds anytime I want. This day I went to work early so I could capture a few birds that come to her feeder. This particular day, there were Bluejays, Hairy Woodpeckers, a Cardinal which was too shy to stick around long enough for me to get a picture of him. There were Starlings that are shown here on this blog, along with the woodpeckers. Their was some other kind of bird that was black and white and had a red chest. Not sure what it was as I have never seen them around here before.
Nice to see you Chip, and that is funny about you going out to feed the birds before unpacking. :)
Thanks Joe, and I don't have bird feeders in my yard either, but I wish I did. However I do have a bird bath, and I love watching the birds splish and splash. They alway come when I don't have my camera in hand. I think they are camera shy when they come to my place. Ha! By the time I run and get my camera they are gone.
Thank you Tammy.
So good to hear from you Gail. As I said above the birds in this post are Hairy Woodpeckers, and Starlings. I love the different colours that show in the Starlings. I know alot of people call them common, but I really like them.
Hugs to you also Gail. :)
Thanks Beth.
xoxo Dianne :)

Hi Diane, so glad to hear baby Hope and your mom are doing well. A post is never too long when you are talking about love. Beautiful photos, one is still hanging off to the side for me the 3rd photo down. I still can't comment with my profile sign-in at most peoples blogs. I try and sign in over and over again and show signed in but not when I go to comment. If they don't have anonymous I can't comment. Just haven't had time to persue it further. I also have bird feeders out and usaully when I have been gone the first thing I do when returning is feed them. I just love listening to the sound of all the birds in our yard. Well lets hit the post comment and see if this works. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs Carrie
