From Baby Cygnets to Beautiful Young Swans

Here are the swans and cygnets from May to The end of September 2012. I hope you found this Series interesting. I know I sure enjoyed following this swan family, I like to call, “The Class Of 2012. They all past accept for one little cygnet that didn’t make it. I think it is pretty amazing that 8 out of the 9 cygnets lived to become these Beautiful young swans who will one day have a family of their own.

Hope to find you all well, and enjoying the Seasons of Life.

God Bless one and all.

  1. Lovely series. I would say that is a pretty good success rate to have all but one survive.

And Lisa, I will be right over with the nachos, or tortillas, what to heck. I will bring both. Anything else you need? :) Sounds good.
I just got back from taking my mom a roast pork dinner. And I was a little piggy, and ate too much. :) I had to get Jesse to take me for a walk. :)
Hey, I like Salsa on celery also, among other things. Great stuff! :) Thank you for taking the time to stop in for a visit. Sending hugs from the East to the West of this great country, we live in.

  9. We've been pretty bare on the bird end of things here...ducks and some geese are about it. The beauty of fall is much faded now as we enter into our coolest week yet. I'm not sure I'm ready for the baron days of winter but it's not asking my opinion on the matter. Bless you my friend.

  15. These photos are just beautiful Dianne! I got all excited the other day, I thought I had spotted swans for the first time...turned out to be sea gulls. I think a trip to the eye doctor is in order!

    1. Anita, I couldn't help but chuckle. When the time is right you will capture some Beautiful swans, and hopefully I will capture some deer. I just love your deer picture you posted the other day. The composition is so perfect. Perfect surroundings, and of course you had your camera with you. :)

  20. I just love your narrations along with the photos. Sometimes you just think you know what they are thinking or saying. I bet you almost hold your breath as they are taking off trying to will them into the air. Your babies have spread their wings and taken flight. Just makes me smile to think you shared them from just little guys. I have been hearing the geese flying over the last few days. I always love the sound it is like a passing of time that takes place 2 times ever year. Well thank you for sharing and a have a wonderful week. Hugs Carrie

Thanks for your recent visit, hard to believe you have not had your frost yet in November.

Have a great week, enjoy the Snappy Dance when you get a chance!
